5. Disclose material facts
known about the property &
give current information and
conditions truthfully to make

6. Assist you in arranging
mortgage financing.
7. Assist you in preparing a
purchase agreement, & help
facilitate the preparation and
conmpletion of all paper
work pertaining to the pur-
chase of your new property.
8. Promptly present all written
offers to sellers .
9. Upon acceptance of an offer
between you and the seller,
I will monitor all escrow
activities.
10. Keep you informed during
